Your choice (aqueous layer) is

p-Chloroaniline* reacted with HCl to form the salt*, p-chloroanilinium hydrochloride*.
Keep the aqueous solution (the top layer) containing the p-chloroanilinium hydrochloride. Save it to recover (isolate) the p-chloroaniline.
